Introduction:
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program enables participants to gain a deeper understanding of process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma improvement systems and their advanced application tools, as well as project management and leadership.
Lean Six Sigma is the fusion of the two continuous improvement and process optimization systems: Lean and Six Sigma. They share several principles: the focus on adding value to the client, elimination of waste, use of techniques and creation of improvement groups, among others. Lean Six Sigma combines the advantages of the two improvement systems and eliminates the individual cons.
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt directs high-impact strategic process improvement projects, leads the culture change process in organizations for successful project implementation, and masters basic and advanced tools and statistics. They are experts in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training offers you a certification upon successful completion of the course and can be delivered in two ways: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
Learning Objectives:
The objective is to give participants the necessary tools to develop the role of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and be able to direct and lead Lean Six Sigma projects that will allow the optimization and cost reduction of processes.

Directors, middle managers, supervisors, technical personnel and any professional who has prior knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level.
Prerequisites:
- You must first take the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course offered by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc., or
- You must show proof of a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from either:
- The International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC)
- The American Society for Quality (ASQ)
