Introduction:
The Six Sigma Green Belt operates in support of or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects. A Green Belt is someone with at least three years of work experience who wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes
Learning Objectives:
The objective of this training is for the participants to obtain the knowledge and tools corresponding to the green belt level in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology, according to the proposed syllabus for the certification of this level.
Target Audience:
- Direct and lead projects or be part of the work team in a Black Belt project.
- Analyze and solve quality problems.
- Coordinate with the project data collection process team and validate the measurement system.
- Green Belts typically work on projects within their own functional area.
- Improve team facilitation skills by applying Lean thinking.
- Development of project charter and SIPOC diagram (supplier, input, process and output) for your project.
